Ever since Cliff Original went under because of the pandemic, I've been on the hunt for a new beard balm. I wanted something straightforward and easy to apply, not like slapping a wax coat on my truck, but for my beard instead. Finally, I found it! I'm not one to enjoy blow drying or fussing over my beard, especially not at 5am. Seriously, who does that?! As for the scents, they've always been a bit of a gamble for me. I don't mind bayou noir, but it's not really my jam—who knew a bayou could smell so strong? But hey, I can deal with it. I also tried some sample oils for $1.75 just to check out the scents, and Renaissance, Traveler, and Wood Shop are definitely worth a second go. Next on my list is Arctic Woods (Winter); fingers crossed it doesn't smell like I'm tiptoeing through tulips or something! 😉

A buddy of mine suggested I check out Woodshop, and I gotta say, I really enjoyed it. So much so that I went ahead and got Fresh Cut and Humidor right after. I'm loving all of them! They’re super fresh and definitely have that manly vibe. I’ll be placing another order soon! The customer service was speedy too—my order was processed and shipped in just 2 days.

Review of Humidor Oil. Hey folks, you really missed the mark with this product. I've been around a few humidors over the years, and this just doesn't have that familiar scent. Maybe it’s a faulty batch, who knows? If you're after a true Cigar or Tobacco aroma, this ain't it.

Honestly, I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Woodshop beard oil. The folks at Man Beard Co. are really friendly and genuinely care about making you happy. I ran into the owner at the Castroville Christmas Market a couple of years ago, sampled some oils, and I've been hooked ever since.

What a fantastic experience I had with The Man Beard Co! My head's on the smaller side, and hats usually don't fit me well. They even went out of their way to get a smaller one just for me! Man Beard CO came through just like they said, plain and simple!!! My first experience was grabbing some beard oils, and they’re fantastic! Then I spotted them again in downtown Boerne, TX, at the park with a bunch of other booths... I told them what kind of hat I was after... BAM, a few weeks later, it shows up. I haven't given Bayou Noir a shot yet, but I've used The Kraken in both the butter and the oil. Initially, it hit me pretty strong and had this cinnamon/Christmas vibe going on. After a little while, it mellowed out and became easier to handle. It feels fantastic on the beard, but for now, I’ll stick with my usual beard products instead of the Blackbeard line. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Manbeardco, which is why I rated it so highly, even though my thoughts on the Kraken could've brought the score down.

Adore the fragrances! I got myself the Bayou Noir Oil, butter, and Balm along with some random samples. My order was short two samples, so I shot an email to Man Beard Co. The owner replied to me personally in less than an hour, apologized, and shipped out my missing samples the very next day. Fantastic customer service, and the fragrances are fresh. They’re just right for daily wear.

I tried out a sample of all the fragrances. Performance: the balm and oil feel fantastic when you put them on your beard. It was super soothing and left my beard feeling soft. Scent: none of the fragrances really stood out to me. If I had to choose, I'd say Cabin Fever was the top one. But honestly, all the scents disappeared right after I applied them.
